Terms of service

By placing an order with Olyva Charcuterie, you agree to the following terms:

Orders

- All items are handcrafted and made to order.

- We require at least 2 days’ notice, depending on the type of order.

- By confirming your order, you accept the prices, content, and conditions specified.

Payments

- Full payment is required in advance to process and confirm the order.

- We accept payments via Zelle or credit/debit card.

- No order will be processed without full payment.

Pickup & Delivery

- Orders can be picked up at the agreed time and location.

- Delivery may be available depending on area and availability.

- If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. However, the amount paid can be used toward a future order, with no expiration.

- Since all orders are customized, no returns or refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed and paid.

Responsibility & Handling

- Once the order has been delivered or picked up, Olyva Charcuterie is not responsible for transportation, storage, or consumption.

- Keep the products refrigerated until ready to serve.
